I shopped around for a pair of
moccasin-type bedroom shoes for my husband this Christmas, as
his current pair was worn out. Well, hubby loves the fit,
feel, and look of the shoes. They look much more expensive
than the price, and the quality of this pair of shoes is
excellent. The seams are even and straight, the suede is
consistent in color and touch on both shoes and the soles are
fabulous. Thanks to KEEN for offering a great product with
total convenience. I did so good this time! I gave these shoes
to my brother for Christmas and he never comments on any gifts
that I have given him in the past; He really likes these and
they "feel good and fit very well". Excellent quality-made
shoe; lowest price I could find on the internet!! Thanks!
Original size 9 had to be returned for replacement to size 10;
as it breaks in slipper feels ok. Had to get the light tan
(terry liner), dark tan unavailable at this site and price. I
bought this shoe for my brother-in-law, who can never find
shoes to fit him. He wears a 16 D, very hard to find in
stores. He was going to hospital for knee surgery and needed a
stable shoe with rubber sole. This was perfect. He loves them
and the shoes look great, even a little dressy. I am now a fan
of my brother-in-laws for finding the perfect shoe. My husband
has trouble with his ankles and usually comes home from work
and puts tennis shoes on. I got him a pair of these for
Christmas and he absolutely loves them. He puts them on as
soon as he gets home and said he wishes he could wear them to
work. Bought this pair for my husband for Christmas. He has
not taken Wasatch Crest shoes off since then except to sleep!
Says they're very comfortable & we both like the way they
look. Glad I bought a size larger so he can wear them with the
thick socks he prefers.
When shopping for slippers, I was impressed by one review
posted by a wife on behalf of her husband. She said these
slippers were so comfortable that her husband wears them at
home and out of the house too. I've found mine to be just the
same. I had major surgery two weeks ago and needed a slipper
that would stay on my foot during all the rehab walking I've
had to do. With the ribbed leather sole these slippers work
just as well out walking in the neighborhood. I have a wide
foot so I was reluctant to order a normal width. The
alternative was a EEE width, which is what I got. That's just
a little too wide, but the leather laces allow me to tighten
the Wasatch Crest sneakers down a bit. The result is an
extremely comfortable warm slipper. |
