I have worn this shoe for over
10 years. It is the most comfortable, reliable shoe I ever
tried on and wore. The sole is firm and supportive. It would
be helpful if Timberline would identify the manufacturer's
shoe model on the web site so the buy would know exactly what
he or she is ordering. This is an extremely comfortable and
good looing shoe. I have been wearing this one exclusively (in
black and brown) for 3 years and have just replaced the last
pair. I've worn this style, Presidio sneakers, for over 15
years. I like the fact that there is no metal shank in the
shoe so they are airport friendly. Also, these shoes feel
comfortable and are quiet.
This is the fifth Keen Presidio pair of shoes I have owned
over the past ten years. I continually find them to be the
highest quality, best fitting, most comfortable shoes I have
ever worn on a daily work basis. I work in an office
atmosphere and they are just dressy and stylish enough to suit
my needs. I need an "E" width for best comfort and fit, and
very few other manufactures go beyond a "D". much less a
triple "E". KEEN consistency of manufacture will keep me
buying this type of shoe as long as they make them. Since I
broke four toes on my left foot in early January, my doctor
told me it would be months before I could wear my dress shoes
again, if ever. After two and a half months I could wear an
old pair of Presidio shoes I had worn for years, although a
little tight on my left foot. Feeling a great relief, I
ordered a new pair of Rivas in C width instead of my normal B
width and they feel just fine, on both feet!
I have been wearing this make of shoe for over ten years now.
They are so comfortable I almost forget I have them on. It has
the softest leather I have ever seen in a shoe but they hold
up for a very long time. I still wear the ones I bought over
five years ago and they still look good. I bought another pair
but in a different color this time. I love the Riva its
comfortable and quiet while walking, but it looks good enough
to pass for a dress shoe in a business environment. This color
was not what I expected but I kept the shoe anyway and am
getting used to the "lightness" of the color tone. |
