I have been wearing Rivas for
years. Glad I bought them on this website. They came quickly,
and I was treated well. This shoe always fits is comfortable
and wears very well. The leather does bend after a while,
giving it a worn look that would be nice if it took longer to
achieve, but otherwise I love this shoe. I bought this brown
shoe on line because I had previously purchased the black
version locally and loved it. It became difficult to locate
but I found it here. I normally wear orthotics and a wide shoe
to relieve pain in my right foot. These shoes are so soft and
comfortable, I wear them without orthotics and they are fine.
This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have owned. In
fact, this is the third pair I have bought. They wear
exceptionally well and I love the cushion that I get from the
heel and sole. The shoe also looks good in a dress
environment.
Very comfortable shoe, Had to order twice due to one shoe toe
height stitched less than other shoe on first order. Ordered?
size longer and second order both shoes matched and fit
better. This is my 7th or 8th pair of these shoes. I have to
walk on hard surfaces for much of the day so have chosen them
for the padded sole. I have never had any problems with them
and each pair has usually lasted 4-5 years. I had two pairs at
one time and switch pairs daily. They are very comfortable and
don't feel "confining". I will continue to buy them.
Like the look of this shoe but was some what disappointed in
the width. I believe that I should have ordered 8.5 EEE. I
have not worn these KEEN portland shoes. Is it too late to
exchange them for the other size? I will be ordering another
pair in the cognac color in size 8.5 EEE.
I have a pair of Portland Blossom that were ten years old. I
could not find another pair in the stores. I ordered from KEEN
and the pair that came in the mail are exactly like my old
pair. This is a comfortable shoe. Wearing this shoe is like
walking around barefoot. It weighs very little due to the
manmade sole which is very light, not only is the sole light
it is extremely flexible. After wearing this shoe for a while,
when you put on a standard shoe you feel like you are walking
with a wooden plank tied to your foot. These shoes are also
very durable. This is only the third time I have had to
replaced this shoe since 1982.
