I purchased the shoes for my
sister as A Christmas present. Unfortunately I failed to
ensure they would arrive in time. A few days before Christmas
I emailed someone at KEEN to inquire about when they would
arrive. I received my personal response within five minutes.
They told me they would not arrive by Christmas, but were able
to tell me exactly when they would arrive. The prompt personal
response I received was superb. I was able to print Apicture
of the shoes and wrap it with A note telling her when they
would arrive. You saved Christmas!
Bought them as a Christmas gift for my father. The delivery
was timely and I can't complain about no shipping fees. I was
more than impressed with KEEN and the quality product they
delivered. I really like to use these as slippers, but they
don't look like slippers and I can step outside and not worry
about them. They are very comfortable.
I have always wanted to try the Carmel clog, but the price
always scared me away. I have tried other clogs and probably
have spent more money trying different ones than if I would
have just bought these. They are great!!! (And the fact there
is free shipping is an added bonus.) So comfortable from day
one! The fit is perfect. I could wear them all day. I can't
say that about any shoe. I need the arch support or my knees
and back are killing me at the end of the day. Not with these
shoes. I highly recommend to anyone and these will be my
favorite shoes. Now I need something this comfortable for the
summer!
