Love the boot. The bit larger
and wider than noted is actually perfect. But I had an
advantage - I replaced a pair of these shoes that I had worn
out, so I knew exactly what size to order, even if the
description did not sound correct!
I finally had to replace my first pair of these. They are
great and last a long time. Mine lasted 8 years, but I mainly
wear them around the house. I reordered my exact size and
ended up exchanging them to go down 1 size because I don't
wear them with socks. It was my first experience with KEEN and
the exchange was as easy as promised.
Wears this shoe: around the house and for short errands around
town
This shoe gives amazing support and comfort and will mold to
your feet like they were custom made. Without proper arch
support I get an achy back and sore feet and as silly as it
may sound, these shoes have greatly improved the quality of my
life. I own several pairs which I wear around the house like
slippers, with a pair of jeans for casual wear, and I even
wear the leather-trimmed version to work. (I do recommend
wearing socks for true-to-size fit.) And even though they're
wool I can wear them all year long because they breathe so
nicely.
This is my third pair of Betty boots, I love them! I still
have the other two but they are hopelessly stained from
cooking in them. I wear them all day in the house and around
town sometimes too. the only thing I would change is, I would
love to be able to wash them when they get all funky and
dirty.
Wears this shoe: around the house every day...
These shoes were recommended by my podiatrist. I have plantar
faciitis in my right foot. I was told by my podiatrist to wear
these shoes at all times while in the house - step into them
from bed in the morning, and step out of them when I go into
bed at night. This is my third pair, and I know that they fit
a little large. I order one size smaller, and I enjoy the
extra width. I wear them with a pair of socks (it helps to
keep the felt tops from itching my feet). |
