The ESS shank offers torsion stability. The lining of SBR are
treated with ÆGIS Microbe Shield® which makes it eliminate the
odor and microbial such as fungi and bacteria. The heel has S3
which provides best stability, support and avoids shocks to
ensure smooth and easy ride. The footbed is Metatomical which
enhances the comfort level and it can be removed. The outsole
is made from rubber with carbon which is non-marking and it
has extended 4 mm high lugs which ensure great traction. It

This is the fastest sandal for
light hiking and also for walking. This shoe gives incredible
support and I can also walk on the rocks very comfortably as
they are stiff enough. I won’t say that they are super stable
on my feet. They can easily roll a little and our feet can
easily slide forward on steep downhill. I have never felt any
discomfort when my feet are in these shoes. I did a lot of
hiking in the rain with these shoes when I was in Ireland. My
feet were surprisingly dry and cozy. They did a little wet
during that time, but they dried really fast. According to
Keen website this runs a little small, but in my case I
ordered the same size and felt really very nice. You can say
that the fit was great and I could wear these bare feet too.
At first these shoes were very easy to over tighten, but when
I broke in these shoes they were very quick, possibly quicker
from getting wet and I really loved it. These shoes are simply
the best one. My friend has also bought this shoe and he is
also completely satisfied. He is not only a teacher and coach,
but he also does exercise daily. He had a hip surgery a few
days back and was looking for a supportive shoe when I
recommended this one. He is very pleased with its purchase and
has thanked me a lot for recommending this shoe to him. |
